Yes. Our soaps are handcrafted in small batches, which means slight differences in color, design, decoration, and appearance may occur from batch to batch. That’s part of what makes each bar unique.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! Custom orders are welcome. Depending on availability, we can discuss preferred colors, scents, designs, gift sets, and special occasions. Please contact us before ordering so we can discuss the details.

Ingredients are listed with each soap product whenever possible. If you have questions about a specific ingredient, please contact us before purchasing.
What if I have sensitive skin or allergies?
Please review the complete ingredient list before use. Everyone’s skin is different, so discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have known allergies or very sensitive skin, consider testing the product on a small area first.
How should I store my soap?
For a longer-lasting bar, allow your soap to dry between uses. Keep it away from standing water and use a draining soap dish whenever possible.
How long does it take to prepare an order?
Ready-made products can usually be prepared sooner than custom items. Custom orders may require additional time depending on the design, quantity, and materials needed. We’ll communicate expected timing with you.
